RiceLncRNADB is a specialized resource focusing on long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in rice (Oryza sativa). By consolidating diverse public datasets and our own high-confidence transcriptome assemblies, RiceLncRNADB provides an integrated repository of lncRNA annotations, gene structures, expression data, and functional insights.
Our mission is to accelerate rice lncRNA research by offering user-friendly search, batch download capabilities, and an AI-powered assistant that enables natural-language queries about gene function, trait associations, and experimental details. We hope this platform aids in advancing functional genomics and unveiling the complex regulatory roles of lncRNAs in rice growth, development, and stress responses.
New releases and data sets will appear here.
